Fortunately, I have never had a very serious illness. I have never broken a bone, and I have never had an operation. I have never had a fever higher than 39 degrees. I have never lived in an English-speaking country, but I have visited England twice. Both times, I have spoken English with local people, and they have understood me perfectly.
