Technology can make our lives much easier. Today, smartphones are devices which let us do almost everything — shop, navigate, communicate and learn.
Sara is someone who uses technology every day. She has apps which help her manage her schedule, track her fitness and stay in touch with friends who live in other countries.
But Sara also thinks technology can be a problem. “You can’t always trust information on the internet,” she says. “And people who spend too much time on social media sometimes feel lonely.”
Sara’s solution is simple: she can’t use her phone after 9 pm. “That’s a rule which helps me sleep better!” she laughs.
