Tryb rozkazujący — rozkazy, prośby, instrukcje:
  • 👉 Twierdzący: czasownik w bezokoliczniku (bez to) → Come here! Open the window!
  • 👉 Przeczący: Don’t + bezokolicznik → Don’t touch that! Don’t be late!
  • 👉 Grzeczna prośba: dodaj please → Please sit down. / Sit down, please.
  • 👉 Używamy dla wszystkich osób (ty/wy) — brak podmiotu!

🇬🇧 English Explanation

The imperative is used for commands, instructions, and requests. Positive: use the base form of the verb (no subject!). Negative: Don’t + base form. Add please to make it polite.

Present Simple — nawyki, rutyna, fakty, prawdy:
  • 👉 Twierdzenie: I/You/We/They + bezokolicznik → I work every day.
  • 👉 He/She/It: dodaj -s/-es → She often visits her grandparents.
  • 👉 Pytanie: Do/Does + podmiot + bezokolicznik? → Does she work here?
  • 👉 Przeczenie: don’t/doesn’t + bezokolicznik → He doesn’t like coffee.
  • 👉 Rozkład jazdy/program: The train leaves at seven.
  • ⚠️ Nigdy doesn’t/don’t + -s! → ❌ She doesn’t works → ✅ She doesn’t work

Use Present Simple for habits, routines, facts, and timetables. He/She/It → add -s (or -es). Questions: Do/Does + subject + base verb. Negatives: don’t/doesn’t + base verb.
