Use the when you talk about something specific, unique, or already known.

Stopniowanie przymiotników:
  • 👉 Krótkie (1 sylaba): -er / -est → big → bigger → the biggest
  • 👉 Długie (2+ sylaby): more / most → expensive → more expensive → the most expensive
  • 👉 Nieregularne: good→better→the best, bad→worse→the worst, far→further→the furthest
  • 👉 Stopień równy: as … as → She is as tall as her father.
  • ⚠️ Podwajamy spółgłoskę: big→bigger, hot→hotter, thin→thinner

🇬🇧 English Explanation

Short adjectives (1 syllable): add -er / -est. Long adjectives (2+ syllables): use more / most. Irregular: good→better→best, bad→worse→worst. Equal comparison: as … as.
